“MOKAWA” The Inspiration behind the series

​

"Amazonian ceramics and how they get decorated by native artists have been a great discovery for me as a painter".

Using a simple palette of natural colors, female potters of the Achuar ethnic group create impressive compositions, completely improvised and full of character.

The results of this experience can be seen at my exhibition at the Hotel Gar-arnat in Granada from 4th December 2025 to 1st February 2026.
